Stages Theatre Company contacted us to see if we could take an existing prop they used for their plays and recreate the prop at roughly double the size. We took on this challenge and started by 3D Scanning the existing prop. Once we had the 3D scan converted to .STL format, we then scaled the model up to size and cut in new ear pockets and 3D printed several parts that were roughly 5” in height. All of this was done in less than a week.
